Meditation and prayer are an important part to the day, I start every day in meditation and deep prayer, thanking God for what I have and seeking advice on the next steps. Meditation will help you to focus on your goals and the steps to achieve them.  Find a place that’s quiet where you can get alone with your thoughts.   You must understand that there is a difference between prayer and meditation.  Prayer is communing with God and strengthening your spirit. Prayer builds your mind and sets forth actions that you my not have seen before.    Meditation, is quietly contemplating what you receive during prayer, it’s quieting yourself and your thoughts to listen to what is being said.   I challenge you to start your morning, (every morning)  in prayer and meditation before you do anything else.
